eVoucher code Terms & Conditions.
These eVoucher code terms apply to pounds sterling gift cards purchased online through the TIP Hospitality Limited website (www.tiphospitality.com).
Verification. eVouchers will be subject to verification at time of redemption. The person who redeems the voucher must meet the criteria to be accepted as TIP Hospitality Member. A person is eligible when working in the Hospitality Industry and or has lost their job due to the pandemic but has been working in the Hospitality up to March 2020.
In this Agreement, the ‘’Hospitality Industry’’ expression means; restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, Clubs, private members’ clubs, catering contractors, street food vendors, commercial airlines, Hotel Schools and F&B leisure outlets.
Voucher duration. eVouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
Redemption. eVouchers are to be redeemed in UK through the Tip Hospitality limited website (www.tiphospitality.com). eVouchers can only be used in a single transaction and will give access to a monthly-membership or one-year membership to "TIP Hospitality" mobile application ("Mobile Application" or "Service").
Transfer. eVouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds. eVouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14-day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Replacement. eVouchers should be treated like cash as lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Payment. To purchase an eVoucher, you must enter the details of a valid credit or charge card legally held by you. The Security Code of the Card must also be entered. Card details will be validated prior to the transaction being confirmed and the eVoucher(s) being issued.
Notice. Tip Hospitality Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
